Availability of stock
Cottage Flair cannot guarantee the availability of the products therefore all orders are subject to availability of the product.

Out of stock item and back-orders
If a product is out of stock we will make contact with you and discuss options.
Ordering Product from our Website
At present our shopping cart will only allow orders of a minimum of one metre of fabric, battings, ribbon etc. We are currently working on this issue therefore if you would like to order a smaller quantity please use our contact page to place your order.
All goods are sent via courier within New Zealand.
When you purchase one of our PDF patterns please follow the instructions carefully. When you have completed the payment via PayPal you must return to our website via the link to download your pattern.
Cottage Flair is not able to change instructions on PayPal’s site so please follow their links/instructions carefully when making your payment.
Cottage Flair is not obliged to supply replacement copies that have not been saved.
Cottage Flair’s patterns are created for your personal use only. Written permission is required for any other use.
To protect our designer’s work please do not copy or supply any pattern purchased from Cottage Flair to a third party.
A 50% deposit is required to confirm a class booking and the balance is due 3 weeks before class date. We recommend paying in full when booking if the class is popular. We reserve the right to cancel a class if bookings are below iminimum number required. Refunds will be given if a class is cancelled. If you cancel out of a class we will make every endeavour to get someone to take your place but are not obliged to do so. A refund will not be given if we cannot fill your space.
Goods and Services Tax
All goods sold attract a 15% goods and service tax (GST). The GST-inclusive price that appears on the site is the price you pay.
