Cottage Flair Limited website is owned and operated by Cottage Flair. By completing the registration process and completing a transaction, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. Cottage Flair maintains the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time and any amendment will become effective immediately.

Cottage Flair Limited endeavors to ensure that the item description and other information about the products on this website are accurate, current and complete; however Cottage Flair Limited will not be responsible or liable for any inaccurate, incomplete or out of date information on this website.

Availability Of Stock

Cottage Flair cannot guarantee the availability of the products, therefore, all orders are subject to availability of the product.

Cottage Flair reserves the right with liability or prior notice to revise, discontinue or cease to make available any or all products or to cancel any order for any reason whatsoever.

Out Of Stock Item And Back-Orders

If a product is out of stock we will make contact with you and discuss options.

Ordering Fabrics From Our Website

Fabric is ordered per 1/4 metre (0.25m).  Orders will be cut as a continuous length.  When placing your fabric order, quantity 1 equals 1/4m (0.25m).  To order 1 metre enter quantity 4.

Shipping

All orders are shipped via courier within New Zealand.

International orders are sent tracked/signature required via New Zealand Post and the price reflects this cost.

Quilt kits can be large and heavy therefore the cost of shipping kits will be re-calculated manually once your order is received.  Please follow the shipping prompts for your address at check out. Any additional shipping costs will be advised once re-calculated. Should you not wish to proceed with the purchase of a quilt kit once advised of the full shipping cost then a refund will be processed. Kits will be shipped upon payment of full shipping cost.

PDF Patterns

When you purchase one of our PDF patterns please follow the instructions carefully. When you have completed the payment via Stripe you must return to our website via the link to download your pattern.

Cottage Flair is not able to change instructions on Stripe’s site so please follow their links/instructions carefully when making your payment.

The time to download your pattern does not expire however the number of pattern downloads is limited to five (5).  Cottage Flair is not obliged to supply replacement copies that have not been saved or if you have accessed the download limit.

Cottage Flair’s patterns are created for your personal use only. Written permission is required for any other use.

To protect our designer’s work please do not copy or supply any pattern purchased from Cottage Flair to a third party.

Class Bookings

Our class bookings are managed online and payment in full is required at the time of booking a class.  Class bookings that are made without payment remain open and can be booked by another customer.

We reserve the right to cancel a class if bookings are below the minimum number required. Refunds will be given if a class is canceled by Cottage Flair.  Payments cannot be transferred to another class.

If you cancel out of a class we will make every endeavor to get someone to take your place but are not obliged to do so.  A refund will not be given if we cannot fill your space.

Goods And Services Tax

All goods sold attract a 15% goods and service tax (GST). The GST-inclusive price that appears on the site is the price you pay.

Privacy Policy

We collect personal information from you, including information about your:

  • Name
  • Contact information
  • Billing or purchase information
  • Shipping address

We collect your personal information in order to:

  • Supply product
  • To advise of upcoming events at Cottage Flair

Providing your information is optional. If you choose not to provide these details, we may be unable to supply the products you have ordered.
